Photo quality

We will always warn you if we think there’s a quality issue with any photographs or files you provide. Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with the outcome, we will always give you honest, impartial advice. Should the need arise, you will have the opportunity of proceeding with the order or supplying us with another file to use.

Photo editing

By default we crop images to match the aspect ratio of your selected product. All our final artwork is in a squared format.

VAT

We do not charge VAT and prices shown do not include VAT.

Payment methods

All payment transactions are encrypted and conducted over secure servers using PayPal with a credit or debit card. Once your order is accepted you will receive confirmation from us by email. Refund policy

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card. If there is an error in the fulfilment of your order, please contact us and we will correct the error or refund as necessary. We reserve the right to request the return of print and gift items before a refund is issued.

3. Receive your 5″x5″ print within 5-7 working days.

Our sample prints are printed onto high gloss surface 135 g/m2 quality paper in laser colour and mounted onto card. We will also include a small (and discreet) CreateMyPopart logo in the bottom right hand corner. Please note, non-offer prints do not come with a logo.
